Terms

Effective July 20, 2026

These terms govern access to Reeltap, including Create, Today, Ads, Brand, usage credits, our websites, and related services. By creating an account or using Reeltap, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, your organization.

Using Reeltap

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Reeltap only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the content, instructions, connected accounts, approvals, and campaign decisions submitted through your workspace.

Create, Today, Ads, Brand, and approvals

Create starts new creative work. Today surfaces decisions that need your judgment. Ads keeps work, review, and launch preparation together. Brand keeps the sourced company context used for creative decisions. Reeltap may prepare creative, recommendations, and launch actions within the permissions you configure. You remain responsible for final claims, legal compliance, platform policies, budgets, and launch authorization.

Subscriptions and credits

Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Prices, included usage, and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in an applicable order form. Purchased usage credits expire 12 months after purchase unless stated otherwise. Credits are not cash, are not transferable outside the purchasing workspace, and are generally nonrefundable except where required by law.

Customer content

You retain ownership of customer content. You grant Reeltap the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and deliver that content at your direction. You represent that you have the rights needed for any materials, data, trademarks, likenesses, and instructions you provide.

Acceptable use

You may not use Reeltap to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malicious code, bypass security or usage controls, misrepresent generated content, interfere with the service, or create regulated or harmful content in violation of Reeltap policies.

Service changes and availability

Reeltap may update features, models, providers, limits, and workflows to improve the service. We work to keep Reeltap dependable, but the service is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Ending service

You may stop using Reeltap and cancel an eligible subscription through the billing portal. Reeltap may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or harm to the service or others.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reeltap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Reeltap's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as Reeltap changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
